Terms of Service
Last updated: May 27, 2026
Welcome to The Tired Therapist. By using this website, you agree to the following terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
The most important thing on this page
The Tired Therapist is not therapy.
The Tired Therapist is an educational, coaching, consulting, and speaking brand operated by Rebecca Bray, LPC-MHSP. The content on this website — including blog posts, free resources like the Growth Zone Audit, talks, workshops, and any coaching or consulting engagements — is for informational, educational, and professional development purposes only. It is not therapy, psychological treatment, diagnosis, or a substitute for personalized mental health care.
Using this website, signing up for the email list, downloading resources, attending a talk, or working with Rebecca in a speaking or consulting capacity does NOT create a therapist–client relationship between you and Rebecca Bray or The Tired Therapist. No information you share through this website is covered by therapist–client confidentiality unless you are a current clinical client under a separate, signed clinical agreement.
If you are in crisis or need clinical mental health care, please contact a licensed mental health provider in your area. In the U.S., you can call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
